任职要求：

- 专科学历，- 一年以上经验 熟练操作Office办公软件

- 口齿清晰，声音甜美，普通话标准

- 反应敏捷，工作需要极大的细心与耐心,有良好的沟通及倾听能力，良好的心理素质，

- 工作主动，有客服意识，较好的抗压能力,注重个人专业素养的提升,勤于思考,善于学习.

- 有心理学背景或国家三级或二级心理咨询师证书或接受过专业心理培训者优先

任职部门：call center （呼叫中心）

工作内容

-通过电话为企业客户员工预约心理咨询,根据来访者特点及话题安排合适的咨询师进行咨询.

-为咨询师调配个案,协调咨询时间,备案咨询记录.

-在咨询完成后进行咨询回访,评价咨询满意度.

-协助其他部门同事进行数据收集整理等工作.
