Position Purpose
This role is a member of Talent Acquisition team, to work together with the team to achieve the center's recruitment target. More importantly, the individual will ensure that we acquire the right talent for the positions available in the center. We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and dedicated to work.


Key Accountabilities
Manage recruitment advertisements in external job sites to ensure the correctness of information and present a professional company image;
Maintain the existing resume database and ensure that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for resumes of all potential candidates;
Active use of recruitment tools and interviewing techniques
Execute pre-screening resumes
Make interview appointment with potential candidate for interview, including coordinate logistic matters
Conduct phone and face to face interviews for junior level positions and select suitable candidates for further interviews by hiring managers
Negotiate offers with identified candidates
Be responsible for new hire on boarding matters
Be aware of confidentiality in HR; Ensure the timely and confidential management of employee data;
Support annual recruitment fairs at the universities.

Requirements

Good command of verbal and written English ability
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Work independently and collaborate well with other teams
Attention to detail
Proactive working style and good team player
Resourcefulness and innovativeness
Bachelor degree or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in recruitment field with interviewer experience
