Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责

In site for installation guidance, debug and fault diagnose, data record and report，and technical training for end-user 负责现场安装指导、调试及故障诊断并进行数据记录与整理成报告，对客户进行技术培训

Responsible for the requirement with the product service from client, manage and tracking till the problem solved 负责客户对产品技术服务方面的请求，管理和跟踪直到问题解决

Tracking maintain and deal with the returned product in time, set down maintain and solve proposal 及时跟踪维修和处理客户返修时的产品，制定维修和处理方案

Answer the spare parts inquire and sale 处理客户备件询价与销售

Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company. 公司委派的其他工作。

职位要求：

-流体机械专业大专或以上水平；

-3年以上水泵与搅拌器安装指导、设备调试、实际操作经验；

-良好的沟通能力和较强的动手能力；

-能独立判断故障和解决问题的能力；

-能阅读英文操作手册，并能用英文与国外进行邮件沟通；

-具有团体合作精神；

-具有诚实、吃苦、勤劳、积极、负责的品质；

-愿意经常出差；

-有泵厂工作经验者优先。
