1、根据公司需求，管理常用工作软件的所有用户帐号（CRM或ERP，日事清等）；

2、根据公司要求核对指定软件中的信息资料是否输入规范并监督修改进度；

3、统计CRM等工作软件中的有关数据，并按格式录入、导出；

4、负责常用工作软件的培训、管理、使用和指导；

5、负责软件使用意见调查，异常汇总、报告；

6、协助技术人员制定软件使用规定与章程；

7、上级交办的其它事务。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，英语四级优先；

2、一年以上工作经验；

3、勤奋好学、吃苦耐劳、反应灵敏；

4、熟练客户管理软件，对数据敏感，word,Excel精通。
