- English: Written and oral English skill with excellent reading, data analysis and consolidation skills.
- Excellent research and information collection skills.
- Excellent corporate finance knowledge and skills, such as enterprise valuation, equity financing methods and modeling, convertible bond, IPO, stock option & warrant etc.
- Managerial accounting analysis skill, basic CAAP and IFRS knowledge.
- Good macro economy and micro economy knowledge: such as monetary policy, fiscal policy, inflation, currency, supply & demand, CAPEX & OPEX.
- Familiar with Win-Office tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft skill
- Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill.
- A good team leader as well as a team player.
- Good negotiation, time management and presentation skills.
- High IQ & EQ
Experiences:
- Over 5 years work experience in investment consultant or corporate finance.
Background:
- Master or Ph. D degree in economy, finance or business, or excellent background and skills with bachelor degree in China top financial universities.
- Oversea education background is a plus.
Salary:
- Base salary + year end bonus
