1. Audit and approve new Forwarders, evaluate the Forwarders yearly.
2. Compare the freight from different Forwarders for each route monthly and upload/submit the Freight List (report) on the server.
3. Communicate with Sales & Purchase department daily to make sure the shipment schedule up to date.
4. Review, amend and approve the L/C terms, and transfer the L/C to the Supplies on time.
5. Arrange shipment and deliver the cargos to meet the S/C's ETD or our QC schedule. Control and monitor shipments to end client and movement of goods between suppliers and logistics. Solve the related problems accordingly.
6. Prepare accurate documents on time such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin, Bank Draft, Insurance and L/C documents, etc. and submit document to the clients or bank.
7. Input the shipment data (weight, charges, measurement etc.) and shipment status into ERP system daily.
8. Prepare the Invoice, pack and send samples to customers by Courier if needed, and follow the shipment statues. The tracking number and ETD should be sent to the relevant Parties. Update the Sample Shipment Tracking Record immediately.
