Client Associate(Retail Banking)零售银行客户服务主任 - Guangzhou

Responsibilities

- To check for completeness of all account opening forms signed by the clients before client acceptance
- To handle the servicing of all clients' needs and queries and to perform verification of client instructions.
- To ensure timely and accurate processing of all clients' transactions with zero error
- To update and maintain the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) register for all Relationship Manager (RM) and to assist the RM to follow up on annual review of Risk Assessment in ensuring the RMs are in compliance with current guidelines and regulations.
- To ensure fulfilment tracking of Rewards Redemption for clients under various marketing promotions
- To support any investigations of complaint received from client by coordinating with Compliance, Business Effectiveness Department to resolve the issue
- To update and provide periodic statistics (MIS) reporting to Compliance and Sales
- To attend appropriate trainings and courses for new products, procedures and knowledge update

Requirements

- Degree holder and preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in similar and/or client-related service position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with great attention to details
- Self motivated individual and good team player
