Customer Service Consultant – Guangzhou

Job Responsibilities

- Ensures the accuracy of all transaction encountered

- Supports account openings, cash deposits, withdrawals and payment processing

- Responds to customer accounts, transactions and regulatory inquiries

- Cheque collections

- Travellers cheque processing

- Immediate escalation of any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of, such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result a loss to ANZ

- Ensures compliance with relevant internal policies and procedure, PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations, policies and procedures

- Understands and maintains a certain level of knowledge of the ANZ systems

- Takes on relief duties for colleagues when necessary

Job Requirements

- A degree in accounting/finance

- 1-2 years of working experience frontliner

- Preferably holds an Anti-counterfeit Certification 反假币资格证书

- Processes professional and proactive customer services attitude

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese on customer related issues
