POSITION OBJECTIVE
·Develop & perform education service to customer in general.
·Perform inner training for Daniel team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop & perform education service
- Drive education service business together with Daniel sales team to feed theneeds of customer and to reach the education business target
- Design different levels training courses to feed the requirement of customer
- Cooperate with global & AP training leader to develop and perform customer certification program
- Arrange and perform the customer training termly for all kinds of Daniel training course
·Perform inner training for Daniel team
- Schedule and perform the training plan for new service engineer with Daniel global service engineer citification program
- Attend Daniel global & AP training to update the new knowledge for products, system & new applications and deliver to Daniel China team
- Design and perform the program of skill level improvement for all of site service engineer with site service manager
·Revise amend and/or update training materials to ensure that the information students receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date
·Perform the training service at customer's site effectively. Prepare and submit training service report and time sheet for customer's approval
·Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.

SCOPE
·China and worldwide if required.
·Complete range of Daniel products, systems and services.
·Extensive interaction with customer.

RELATIONSHIP
·Reports to Service Business Manager
·Frequent interaction with customers, Sales team, Systems and Products, Customer Support, Service Administrators, Operations Management, Regional Representatives

JOB COMPETENCIES
·Willing to share the experience & knowledge of natural gas & oil flow measurement
·Good communication skills & High degree of initiative.
·being affluent in experience & knowledge of natural gas & oil flow measurement and custody transfer
·Willing to take domestic and oversea travel

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
·Fluent speaking, reading & writing skills in both English and Chinese
·At least 8 years experience in custody transfer in oil & gas distribution industry and be familiar with Process Control or Instrumentation environment
·Bachelor or Master Degree in Instrumentation / Process Control / Oil & Gas Engineering/Automation
