职位描述

This individual will provide contracting support to the Sourcing team, ensuring efficient management of contract finalization (routing and approval) and storage. He/she will be coordinating with the Sourcing Department and other internal and external stakeholders. He/she should ensure all the necessary processes are followed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role will also play a fundamental part in ensuring the legacy contracting process integrates seamlessly with the new way of working. In this role the key responsibilities are: ? Support Global Services (GS) / Business Unit (BU) Sourcing with contracting requirements ? Identify internal and external authorized signatories for all contracts who have completed review with internal and external stakeholders ? Route copies of the final contract to suppliers for signature and chopping ? Coordinate with BU Sourcing in filling up the Contract Request Form to facilitate approvals, where needed ? Route manual contract forms to authorized approvers for signature and chopping ? Manage contract approvals using applicable e-tools such as fish flow, e-process and Request Navigator ? Manage overall process in contract storage, including use of ICD and sending of signed contract copies to suppliers. ? Ensure proper use and maintenance of ICD as central repository of all procurement contracts ? Review the contracting process, identify pain points in the business and implement improvements that will make the process more efficient To be successful in the role, the following skills and experience are required: ? Experience in coordinating and managing processes related to contracting ? Ability to acquire knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations ? Effective written and verbal communication skills ? Problem solving skills to deal with difficult situations ? Ability to organize work, manage time and adhere to schedules ? Work with minimal level of direct supervision ? English language capability (written and spoken) is required
