Objective of Job:
- Senior Engineer - Engine System Bench Testing

Job designation:
- Manage and conduct Engine System bench testings
- Problem solving, reaction to engineering initiatives during program development
- Supplier and out source testing management

Qualification:
General Skills
- Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in using MS Office, UG(NX) and Catia.

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
-Skills of performing and managing Engine System Module/Component bench testing in house and third party, understand DVP&R and provide technical expertise to test description, test set up, and problem solving.
- Ability to provide technical supports to suppliers for component level test plan, process and validation results.
- Support protoype vehicle build and relavant validations.
- Prepare technical reports compiling, detailing, and analyzing test results.
- Knowledge of test result analysis for A-B test comparision, statistic analysis skills may required.
- Ability of retrofit/disassemble Engine System components and modules for testing or analysis purpose.
- Knowledge of Engine System China unqiue certification requirement, testing procedure and acceptence criteria.
- Ability of work under multi-tasks.

Mgt and Leadership Skills
- Work as Engine System testing lead for a new vehicle development in China.
- Manage component supplier and third party testing tasks for cost, timing cntrol and touble shooting.

Experience and education
- BS or MS degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in automobile industry.

Personal Traits
- Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
- Self-motivated, work under pressure.
- Domestic travels may be needed.
