主要工作职责：

1、参与拟订、修改和完善集团税务管理制度、财务管理制度；根据经营需要发布其他制度；

2、参与拟订集团有关财务、税务筹划方案，并指导和跟进其实施；

3、审核和处理各板块、各企业提交的财务制度、报告、方案、合同等；

4、组织各企业对企业所得税进行预测、筹划及实施，审核企业所得税汇算清缴报告；

5、选取部分重要的、有代表性的企业进行财税调研，帮助规范财税处理，降低风险，寻找降低税负的空间；

6、整理发布《最新税收政策简报》，进行税收政策研究；

7、组织对集团财务人员的财税专业培训；

8、回复集图各企业有关财税问题的咨询；

9、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资历：

1、财经类专业全日制大学本科学历；

2、五年以上财务、税务或审计工作经验，有房地产经验优先；

3、注册会计师或注册税务师资格；

4、熟练使用计算机办公软件，熟悉财务软件；

5、普通话流利，英语一般；

6、熟悉会计、税法、经济法等专业知识。
