Job Description

1．？？ define and implement product strategy; manage local product portfolio, new product ramp up and old product phase out;

制定及执行产品策略; 管理本地产品线，新产品投入市场以及老产品淘汰的管理;

2．？？ Handling sales and/or customer demands for new product request (application, variant and platform development);

处理销售/客户对于新产品的开发要求 （应用，变形以及新平台的开发）;

3．？？ Support the interface between sales and the plants (e.g. localization);

销售和工厂衔接的支持工作（比如.: 本地化）;

4．？？ Make internal/external trainings for existing and new products; give support for exhibition;

提供内部，外部的产品培训以及展会支持;

5．？？ Support and create local sales documentation (core item catalogue, promotion brochures/flyers).

Qualifications

1.？？？？？ Master degree or above, major in hydraulic engineering, mechanical engineering or related;

硕士或以上液压机械或者相关专业毕业;

2.？？？？？ Minimum 5 years’ working experience in mobile sales or project development, good knowledge of English in oracy and writing;

五年以上在工程机械行业销售或者项目开发经验，较好的英语口语和书写能力;

3.？？？？？ Team working spirit and effective communication, have logical thinking as well as comprehensive analysis, judgment and summarize ability;

具有团队精神和有效的沟通能力，逻辑性强，有一定的分析,判断和归纳能力;

4.？？？？？ Background of work or study in Germany will be preferred.
