Job Description

1. Wheel Loader, SSL and Motor Grader Application Engineer(senior) or Manager;轮式装载机，滑移装载机和平地机应用工程师（高级）或经理;

2. Leading the customer projects;领导客户项目;

3. Development new business area(application) ;开发新业务领域(应用);

4. Benchmarking from competitor product;竞争对手产品对标;

5. Initiative new product request;发起新产品需求;

6. Market Analysis, New product/system promotion and define the price strategy.市场分析，新产品/系统推广和制定价格策略。

Qualifications

1. Expert to understand Wheel Loader, SSL, Motor Grader Application as system and component base；了解轮式装载机，滑移装载机和平地机应用系统和元件的基础知识；

2. Expert to understand the mechanism of key hydraulic products like Pump, MCV, TU etc；了解关键液压产品如液压泵，控制阀，减速机等的机理；

3. Having a network in CN customers；具备中国客户关系网络；

4. Capability to lead the project and enough experience；能够领导项目和具备足够的经验；

5. Capability to do a market analysis, make a promotion strategy；能够进行市场分析，制定推广策略；

6. Speaking English fluently.英语流利。
