职责描述：

1. Guide customer/colleagues to report the claim to Rexroth in proper way；

2. Ensure warranty claim to be registered, updated and closed in claim system in time；

3. Initial analysis of customer claim on failed products, collecting necessary information/parts/evidence；

4. Initiate 8D/4Q report and work closely with Q-table team in domestic or oversea plant；

5. Arrange coordination/follow up problem solving action on site and in plant on customer's claim. (field & workshop inspection, define containment action & corrective action, etc)；

6. Escalate serious claims to management in time.

1. 引导客户/同事正确地向博世力士乐提出质保索赔请求；

2. 保证质保索赔及时登记、更新及关闭；

3. 对客户投诉索赔的故障产品作初步分析，收集必要的信息/零件/证据；

4. 发起8D/4Q 报告, 并且能紧密的与国内外工厂质量分析小组一起工作；

5. 根据客户的索赔要求安排及跟进工厂内及客户处的协调支持工作；（现场及车间检查，制定围堵措施

等）

6. 及时要向管理层汇报严重的客户投诉。

任职要求：

1. University graduated, Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical Integration, Mechanical Engineering and Automation or other related major ；

2. Have strong communication skills and coordination skills；

3. Preferable 3 years’ experience in branch of industry automation. Be familiar with Hydraulics (e.g. Rexroth) as a plus；

4. Preferable quality controlling/management experience in manufacturing plant；

5. Good team-work sense; good personality (persistence, self-motivated get-up-and-go, optimism, deep drill ability, thorough workstyle, able to think out of the box, able to escalate)；

6. Good English skill, both in written and speaking (German as a plus)；

7. ERP system experience (SAP) as a plus.

1. 机电一体化, 机械工程及自动化或其他相关专业本科毕业；

2. 有很强的沟通能力及协调能力；

3. 三年以上工厂自动化领域实际工作经验为宜。熟悉液压元件（如：力士乐）者优先；

4. 有质量管控管理经验的优先；

5. 良好的团队合作精神、良好的个性（坚持不懈，积极主动，热情，深入挖掘问题，严谨的工作方式，能打破常规考虑问题，能组织上报）；

6. 英语写作和口语良好，懂德语者优先；

7. 有ERP 系统经验（SAP）者优先。
