Job Overview：

Responsible for production process capability and productivity improvement

Roles and Responsibilities： (Including major work content)

·Die bond and Wire bond process improvement and optimization.

·Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.

·Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.

·Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.

·Collaborating with configuration control and R&D engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effectual production methods.

·Working closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.

·Providing engineering support in NPI projects, designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.

·Carry out failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

Job Qualifications:

·Education or professional qualification

·Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Master’s degree in manufacturing or optoelectronics related engineering field is an added advantage.

·Working Experience

3+ Years

·Skill requirement (soft skills and technical skills)

·Familiar with testing process improvement and optimization

·Good command of English writing and oral skills.

·PFMEA experience is preferable.
