JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the overall product management function, providing direction, researching & analyzing opportunities for new products & markets, driving the growth of sales revenues & profitability, managing pricing & costing and creating market opportunities to maintain and expand our market leadership position.

2. Strong experience in pricing management and strategy and is required to manage the pricing structure and execute product positioning to further enhance and sustain our competitive position.

3. With Emphasis on 600 product development and market share.

4. Must have experience in conducting CVP analysis.

5. Ability to conduct market research, industry and competitive analysis and set-up CIS system.

6. Develop monthly forecasting, product performance benchmarking, develop and review technical documents necessary to initiate product development and engineering changes.

7. Strong experience in NPD (New product development) process for standard, modified and customized product. Able to work with design, engineering, manufacturing, sales & marketing to initiate, manage, drive and complete the NPD process.

8. Work with and support sales team on the planning and execution of sales campaign and new product launch.

9. Work with marketing communications on promotional activities.

10. Provide front-line technical expertise and product training to customers and internal staff.

REQUIREMENT

Experience: 5 years of product management experience in a B2B environment, preferably in building materials or related industrial products. Additional working experience in sales and manufacturing would be advantageous. Must have experience working for western multinational companies. Preference would be given to those with experience working in a US MNC.

Qualification: Bachelor degree in civil, building or mechanical engineering from a reputable university, MBA a plus.

Skill:

· Able to travel extensively throughout China and to Hong Kong.

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

· Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
