Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

? Liaise with payroll outsourcing company to manage client employees payroll calculation and payment process,
? Maintain and update all required client payroll tables, records and client employee documentation,
? Support the client in conjunction with the payroll outsourcing company in the employee hiring and termination process,
? Send the payment notice related to the payment of salaries to the cashiers
? Review all information/documents provided by Fesco
? Support Manager on basic issues related to labour law
? Update Manager on new regulations/amendments issued in China
? Respond to client employee queries on personal labour issues /medical issues
? Liaise with clients, team members and support other colleagues
? Supervise and mentor junior colleague
? Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
? Promote C&A vision and values.


Skills & Experience:
? Basic payroll skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
? Reasonable computer literacy with a medium level of understanding of Microsoft products
? Basic understanding of PRC Labour regulations
? Basic knowledge of English, written and spoken


Personal Attributes:
? Good communication skills, both written and oral, and in particular a professional and pleasant phone manner
? Ability to work as a team member,
? Proactive, willingness to learn,
? Attention to detail/Professional positive attitude


Education:
? Bachelor Degree or approved certificate in HR
? 2-3 years minimum experience in professional firm or commercial environment
? Understanding of HR regulations
