Job description

? Independently supervise and prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws;

? Independently supervise and prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories;

? Independently supervise and prepare US/IFRS or other international reports/internal management reports under US GAAP/IFRS/Others;

? Liaise with internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested co. (client);

? Liaise with internal review of accounting records in compliance with PRC laws in foreign invested co.(client)

? Liaise with the senior advisory from the view point of PRC accounting, taxation, foreign exchange control and the related.

? Assist on implementation and improvement of internal management to fulfill daily operations in foreign invested co. (client);

? Assist on development and improvement of client business relationship;

? Trainer for Corporate Accounting Service team and client's accountant;

? Overview administration and the development of Zhongshan office

? Daily business trip in the Pearl River Delta to carry out corporate accounting services

Requirement

Fluency in both written and spoken English and strong PC skills;

? Strong communication skills with variance investors and team members;

? Team work leader

? University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, CPA preferred;

? At lease 6 years accounting experiences in foreign invested co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage;

? Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprises in Guangdong province;

? A good understanding of cost accounting and VAT preferred;

? Outgoing, good communication and team work spirit;

? Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred;

? Hectic but friendly and nourishing working environment where to grow and give play to one's own ambitions and potential;

? Daily business travelling around Greater Pearl River Delta.
