工作时间：周一～周五

Responsibilities:
-Collect supplier information: complete the supplier information in the system according to buyer's request, establish the supplier folder and put in necessary documents e.g. business license, bank information
- Assistance in offering products: copy & forward studies, help buyer prepare consumer needs, e.g. take photos, print out all data-sheet for the products which has been selected and make one book per season per product line
-Parcel sending, fill - in air way bill, pack and send out parcels

Requirements：
- Students who will be graduated in 2012, in relevant major such as textile or trade industry
- Can have the intership everyday, at least 3 full days and 1 half day per week
- Can have the internship in Auchan at least until the end of June 2012
- Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties
- Professional team spirit to work with diverse sections in the department
- High sense of responsibility, hard – working, positive, flexible & open-minded
- Service – oriented, good command in communication & relationship skills, positive personality
- Basic language skills in spoken & written English & Chinese
- Familiar with computer operation (MS office)
- Less than 25 years old
