职位描述
Junior Engineer:
1.Able to installed CDs following SOP
2.Able to install HW changes e.g WDU replacement following SOP
3.Able to understand whole SW upgrade process.
4.Able to understand Resolving case handling process and tool.
5.Able to know where to search for required information e.g NED, Resolve tool
6.Able to review TN/CN/CDs documentation
7.Able to understand ESS rota process
8.Able to perform C&I following document/SOP
9.Able to perform HW extensions following document/SOPe.g EMB, SIGU
10.Able to coordinate site activies and handle on-site customer
Senior Engineer:
1.Able to installed CDs independently
2.Able to install HW changes e.g WDU replacement independently
3.Able to perform SW Release upgrade using macro
4.Able to handle cases independently
5.Able to provide on-site technical support independently.
6.Able to check published TN/CN/CDs against customer networks. Able to perform any recommended changes independently.
7.Able to take 1st line ESS rota.
8.Able to perform C&I independently for e.g MSS, MGW, HLR or NEMU
9.Able to perform HW extensions independently
10.Able to act Site team leader and key contact person for customer and NSN internal. Distribute workload according to schedule. Manage customer and had acceptance responsibility for the site.
Contract Period: 2 years
