Day to Day Responsibilities:

   ·  Develops a job site culture of quality and maintaining that culture

• Provides interpretation of multi-discipline engineering and quality requirements; gives technical guidance to site Quality personnel for inspection, testing and quality services activities

• Performs physical inspection of a variety of discipline activities which may include but not limited to welding, piping, civil, concrete, buildings, fixed and rotating equipment, electrical, control systems, coatings, insulation, and non-destructive testing

• Reviews and evaluates the Quality Control programs of the subcontractors. Sets clear expectations with the subcontractors and hold them accountable to execute the quality plan.

• Resolves complex quality related issues in the field by working with the design team, subcontractors, and inspectors.

• Coordinates inspection activities with the third party inspectors and government agencies.

• Generates Corrective Action Requests (CARs) for process issues and Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) for product issues. Actively pursues to close out open CARs and NCRs.

• Provides support for Vendor qualification, selection and inspections.

• Assures that all products and processes represent the desired quality, safety, efficiency and reliability levels

• Develops QA/QC procedures and seeks continuous improvement.

• Participates as a member of the start-up and commissioning team for MEP and low voltage systems.

• Typically manages personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training, development opportunities, and timely performance feedback

   ·  培养和保持施工现场的质量文化

• 负责对多领域的工程和质量要求进行解释，对施工现场质量人员在检查、测试和质量服务过程中提供技术指导

• 负责对一系列具体工程质量实施现场查验，包括焊接、管道、土木、混凝土、建筑物、电气、控制系统、涂层、绝缘，以及其他非破坏性测试

• 负责对分包商的质量控制体系进行审核与评价，向分包商设立明确的质量要求并落实实施质量计划的责任到人

• 与设计团队、分包商和监理一起，共同协作解决现场遇到的复杂质量问题

• 与监理公司和相关政府机构配合开展质量检查工作

• 对于施工过程出现的问题签发整改通知书，对于产品质量问题签发不合格单，并积极跟进指导问题得到解决

• 协助进行合格供应商认证、选择和检查

• 确保所有施工工艺和产品符合质量、安全、效率和可靠性要求

• 建立质量保证/控制管理程序并持续改进

• 作为启动期和核心团队成员之一，参与机电和低压系统的安装工作

• 对人员进行质量意识管理，创造积极向上的职业环境，提供岗位培训和工作表现评价

Education & Experience:

Accredited four (4) year degree in quality related fields, 10 years of quality assurance/quality control work experience with at least 5 of those years in the manufacturing industry

Required Skills:

   ·  Ability to act as a lead auditor to plan, perform and report quality audits of a variety of construction activities

• Certification as a lead auditor by an internationally recognized agency

• Intermediate or expert computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
