职位描述

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  ·   Develops or modifies an expediting plan for assigned project(s), which is based on criticality ratings of the equipment in relationship to the project schedule 

  • Monitors Supplier’s delivery progress in accordance with the delivery commitment of the purchase order. Expedites in accordance with Project Procurement Procedures to achieve project milestones and on-time delivery of equipment.
  • Contacts suppliers/vendors via phone, mail and/or electronic communication and issues expediting status / tracking reports on a regular basis to the Project Team
  • Provides the interface between Suppliers and the Project Team to ensure that documentation requirements (signed PO Acknowledgements, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Production and/or Fabrication schedules, Bills of Materials and drawings) that are specified in the purchase order are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule
  • Works with Supplier and Project Team on a recovery plan if schedule is not being met; Reports non-compliance cases
  • Liaises with Logistics to provide advance notice of impending shipments and traces major shipments from the supplier to the job site
  • Liaises with Purchasing, Engineering, and QA/QC to resolve any commercial, technical, or quality problems that arise
  • Updates System with delivery status updates; Maintains applicable procurement files in conformance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assists with purchase order closeout and provides input to Supplier performance evaluations if required.

  日常职责:

   ·  根据项目进度要求的设备重要性,制定或调整任务跟催计划

  • 根据采购单的交货时间要求,密切跟踪供应商的交货进展情况,在必要时依照项目采购流程的规定进行跟催,确保设备按时到达,实现项目预期关键节点的完成

  • 联系供应商/服务商,定期向项目团队报告跟催/跟踪状况

  • 作为连接供应商和项目团队的纽带,确保双方沟通顺畅,所有采购单中规定的单据要求(PO签字确认、设计、采购、制造、生产进度表、物料清单和图纸等)都在规定时限内送达

  • 与供应商和项目团队紧密协作,在进度落后时采取补救措施;及时报告不合规事件

  • 与物流部门协作,提供待运货物发货预告,并全程跟踪主要货物从发货到到货的运输状态

  • 与采购、工程和质量部门协作,共同解决任何出现的商务、技术或质量问题

  • 及时在系统里更新交货状况;按标准操作流程维护好相关的采购文件

  • 协助采购单收尾工作,必要时对供应商做出评价意见

  Education & Experience:

B.S. in supply chain or equivalent years of experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, preferably with projects constructing manufacturing and process facilities

 教育背景和工作经验要求:

   ·   供应链管理相关专业本科学历

  • 3年以上相关工作经验,跨国公司新工厂建设项目经验者优先

 Required Skills:

   ·  A good, broad depth of manufacturing industry experience specifically related to Logistics and Expediting is essential

  • Strong commercial awareness and problem solving acumen alongside technical appreciation and knowledge
  • Forward thinker- ability to look ahead to identify and resolve or avoid issues before they materialise
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
  • Expert computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spreadsheets, databases and material management systems.

  技能要求:

   ·  具备制造业物流和跟催相关工作实践经验

  • 具有良好的商业意识和处理问题的能力,有一定的技术知识基础

  • 对问题有良好的预判能力,能够在问题扩大之前及时处理问题

  • 熟练使用微软办公软件以及数据库和物料管理系统

  • 英语流利
