Day to Day Responsibilities:

   ·  Attend business meetings with the Project Director (or others as required) and provide translation from Mandarin to English and English to Mandarin

• Translate contract documents, legal documents, engineering documents, government documents, and email messages as required by the Project Director (or others as required) from Simplified Chinese to English and English to Simplified.

• Provide office administrative support such as office supplies, regular meetings arrangement, and assist project team’s activities

• Supporting team’s international/ domestic travel and logistic arrangement

• Translation services may at times be required during tours of facilities under construction, at business lunches/dinners, and business events,

• Translation services will frequently be required during international conference calls in addition to in person meetings

    日常职责：

   ·  参加商务会议，为项目高级管理人员提供中英文口语翻译服务

• 根据需要，提供合同文件、法律文件、工程文件、政府文件及电子邮件的中英文翻译服务

• 提供日常行政管理服务，包括办公用品、会议安排以及其他辅助工作

• 为项目团队提供差旅安排和后勤服务

• 为在建工程参观、商务宴请、商务活动和电话会议提供翻译服务

Education & Experience:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the field of translation or interpreting.

  Minimum 3 years of work experience with multinational companies, preferably in a manufacturing industry

  教育背景和工作经验要求：

   ·  英语翻译相关专业本科以上学历

• 3年以上跨国公司工作经验，制造业背景优先

 Required Skills:

   ·  Excellent communication skill, organized, action oriented, able to handle a fast paced environment

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese

• Good knowledge and understanding of technical and engineering terms

• Fast learner
