Responsibilities:
Draft, Negotiate, Review Agreements (Service Agreements, Leases, etc...).
Assist in Marine Liability claim matters (Sea, Air, Rail, Truck, Warehousing, Contract Logistics).
Appoint and supervise External Legal Counsels / Surveyors.
Conduct internal training for staff in Legal and Liability matters.
Assist in Compliance matters (FCPA, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust, Anti-Competition, Code of Conduct)

Requirements:
Degree holder and majored in Law.
At least 3 years working experience in a law firm or In-house dealing with freight forwarding/shipping/marine liability /logistics matters.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven sense of responsibility and organizational skills. Able to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Excellent advocacy skills. Able to exercise highest ethical standards, integrity and good judgment.
Able and willing to work in team(s) in a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Occasional traveling within South China is required.
