岗位职责：

1、负责公司天猫店、淘宝店、京东等电商平台的运营与推广，对店铺的生意指标负责；

2、负责通过宝贝详情页的优化、客服话术优化等提高转化率；

3、负责参加淘宝站内各种营销活动、以及各种营销工具的使用，并协调相关部门配合实施；

4、负责店铺的各项数据的分析，并优化。

5、有策划电商平台活动的经验。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，两年以上工作经验；

2、熟悉天猫各种营销推广工具，如：直通车、淘江湖、钻石展位等；

3、熟悉聚划算、品牌特卖、淘金币、淘宝特卖等站内活动运作；

4、熟悉淘宝网商品评分、店铺运营等规则；

5、具有较强的市场敏感度、数据分析能力；

6、具有独立策划能力，有一定的文案编写能力。
