MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
ll As the leader of Greater China Regional market development (RMD) team for entire consumable portfolio, this person will focus on marketing strategy and execution for entire consumable product lines. He or she will drive deep understanding of voice of customer on product and application, funding activities, business model, future trend, and develop regional specific go to market and promotional strategy. He or she will also lead execution of marketing plan to drive consumable growth in Greater China region.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
ll Closely working with Business Units and GC team to establish regional strategic marketing plan for all consumable product lines. Responsible for execution (tactical and operational planning) and result for both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.
ll Work with cross function team and drive market research project, analysis of competition, product positioning, pricing, product launch and promotion, model mix, distribution, product supply forecasting, product life cycle etc.
ll To provide marketing leadership to both internal and external customers
ll Actively manage and develop RMD Consumable team; foster communication and personal career development; responsible for organization evolution plan

JOB QUALIFICATION
ll Science and/or Business degree is highly preferred. Ideal candidate should have advanced degree in Life Science, Medical, Biomedical business, Engineering, Marketing. (MBA) Master degree in Business Administration is preferred
ll 5+ years' experience in consumable business, ideally in marketing, sales or related area
ll In depth of life science industry knowledge; has good rapport with key opinions leaders
ll Has thorough understanding of marketing mechanisms and able to lead tem for implement
ll Great people management and leadership skill
ll Excellent presentation skill; Excellent interpersonal communication skills
ll Proficiency in English and mandarin
