工作内容

1、负责建筑装饰施工管理、进度控制、施工优化及项目成本控制、设计及施工综合协调

2、负责工程项目的合理分配，负责管理项目经理进行项目开工、施工、收款等工作；

3、负责在建工地的施工管理，确保公司施工文明、规范、无安全事故；

4、负责工艺的培训与工程考核的编制、评估管理

5、技术人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务。

6、工程款申请，结算管理以及和甲方沟通、协调甲乙双方关系、工程签证变更管理等商务谈判能力

7、其他工作事项

任职要求：

1、3-5年室内隔断或装饰工程相关工作经验

2、建筑工程、造价成本等相关专业大专学历；

3、熟悉工程质检、施工工艺、流程，有隔断公司相关从业经验优先

4、有工长资源、工装经验者优先

5、工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的团队领导能力和职业操守；

6、有较强的学习能力、执行公司下达的工作安排；

7、积极主动，团队意识，高度责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
