1.Quality plan:

Accomplishment of advanced quality planning /

APQP from the phase of product definition/acquisition to serial transmission to

plant (national and international) according to PEP, using the generic/ basic

Q-Plan for creating the control plan for, Pre-Series and Series

2. Product characteristic status monitor

Implementation of customer specific standards and requirements fro the subsequent serial

production ,involved to PFMEA review and request of PFMEA update when critical

items missing or adjustment

3.Problem solving:

3.1 Representation of Webasto interests in front of customers and suppliers, facing all customer quality issues after GW4a

released except Non-test issues and leading related team members to solve the issue. Submit the analysis report to project manager and support them reporting to customer.

3.2 Pursues quality goals and initiates necessary corrections in all internal

relevant areas, and escalation if necessary. Leading related team members to solve the Internal

quality issue after GW4a released except Non-test issues and finish the analysis report

4. Quality management and PPAP approval

Requirements:

1.Junior College or above and Automotive application is better.

2.Over 3-year work experience at quality management;

3.Experience in the application of APQP\PPAP , quality tools and QM-systems etc.

4.High assertiveness and self-reliance as well as team spirit and good communication skills

5.High ability to work under pressure;

6.Very good MS-Office ,Verygood English skills

英语能够工作交流

一定要有对应客户质量的经验的人。

工资：8K-1.1W，年终奖5-7个月
