岗位职责：

1、负责实验室CMA，CNAS资质申请的策划、组织实施工作；

2、组织编制实验室的质量体系程序文件，不断优化管理制度；

3、负责实验室质量目标的管理，审核实验室各质量目标完成情况，并监督质量目标改进工作的落实情况；

4、负责实验室质量考核、质量监督及其他质量活动计划的实施；

5、组织实验室开展能力验证、测量审核、实验室间比对外部质量控制；

6、负责组织实验室技术人员上岗证、特殊资格证的办理；

7、负责实验室质量改进工作的组织、实施，协调；

8、负责客户投诉、质量事故的调查处理工作。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，环境检测、环境工程、分析化学类相关专业；

2、5年以上工作经验，至少3年以上检测质量管理工作经验，

3、熟悉环境，玩具等消费品检测相关的标准及方法，熟悉实验室质量管理体系和质量控制知识，能独立地开展实验室质量体系工作；

4、有较强的组织、沟通与协调能力，敏锐的洞察力和解决问题的能力，能够针对监督过程中遇到的异常情况及客户提出的疑义及时有效的解决方案并组织实施；

5、有良好的职业操守，为人正直、严谨、端正，工作态度积极向上。
