职位描述
于专业呼叫中心内向香港个人客户提供优质的电话服务（如账单查询、业务办理、投诉处理等），并负责公司相关产品及优惠服务的推广和销售，致力完成公司所制定的各项服务及销售指标，并为客户提供极致的顾客体验。
职位要求：
1、流利粤语，口音纯正，良好的沟通能力；
2、具备一年或以上销售/客户服务工作经验将获优先考虑；
3、工作积极耐心，善于聆听，具备良好服务意识；
4、有较强的适应性，能承受一定的工作压力；
5、能适应轮班工作。
