Day to Day Responsibilities:

   ·  Work with project team/EPCM warehouse on container/equipment/goods receiving, site management and shipping.

• Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipping and packaging activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments

• Follow shipping priority plan, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet Expansion shipping and receiving schedules

• Daily/weekly warehouse stock report

• Ensure each receiving/shipping area is organized and clean

• Make sure warehouse operations are in full compliance with corporate Safety, Health and Environmental requirements

• Maintain inventory records accurately (Inventory may include Expansion equipment, tools, spare parts, finished goods, intermediates, packing materials and/or raw materials)

日常职责：                  

• 与项目团队/总包方共同协作管理集装箱/设备/货物的收货和储运工作

• 管理出入库货物的运输和包装，确保货物收发状态的准确和完好

• 根据项目进度表，安排货运计划、任务单和相应的运输方式

• 编制库存货物的日/周报表

• 保持收发货区的整齐、整洁

• 确保仓储运营管理工作严格符合公司的安全、健康和环保要求

• 保持准确的库存记录（库存主要包括建厂设备、工具、零配件、制成品、半成品、包装材料和原材料等

 Education & Experience:                 

• Bachelor degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience within supply chain or warehouse operations

• Working experience in foreign invested companies are preferred

教育背景和工作经验要求：

   ·  物流/供应链管理相关专业本科学历

• 5年以上供应链或仓库管理相关工作经验

• 具备外资企业工作经验者优先

Required Skills:

   ·  Good verbal and written communication skills；English communication skill

• Shipping / Warehouse / Inventory daily operation or management

• Very good at office software, such as Excel, Word, Power Point

• Good common sense and fast learner；Good team work and ownershi

技能要求：           

• 良好的口头与书面沟通能力，具备一定的英文沟通能力

• 具备运输/仓储/库存管理能力

• 熟练使用办公软件
