职位描述
Job Duties:
? Provide rapid application development services, support and various system implementation services independently to both front office and back office users under minimal supervision
? Liaise with traders and business users confidently to determine and analyse business requirements, then propose, develop and implement quick and efficient solutions to meet these requirements
? Assume responsibility for the entire end-to-end rapid application development and system implementation processes from initiation and conception until delivery and implementation
? Manage and mitigate project issues/risks and closely follow action plans until closure
? Provide accurate management reports and periodically document project status
? Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that project deliverables are completed in a timely manner
Candidates qualification:
? A university graduate with degree in IT or a related discipline
? A minimum of five years' IT experience, strong IT background, preferably in an enterprise or global environment using Microsoft Excel / Access / VB / VBA, relational database / SQL, and other web technologies
? Willing to take up development as well as support duties
? Working knowledge of treasury products including fixed income, equities and derivatives is an advantage
? Familiarity with business analysis, software design, system support, and implementation concepts in financial applications
? Effective planning, project management and interpersonal skills
? Good problem-solving and analytical skills
? A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude
? Confident to interact directly with people of different levels and on the trading floor
? Able to operate effectively within a project team and adapt to a quickly changing working environment
? Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
