About Our Program
A three-phase program designed to equip you for a successful career in technology business and develop you into one of our future leaders. 1on1 Weekly check-in, skillset workshops, upskilling webinars and the opportunity for overseas travel
Throughout the program you will be provided with 1on1 support, to ensure you are developing as fast as your potential allows. You will be set measurable goals to achieve and receive constructive feedback from manager constantly.
Fast track Career Development
The career path at Meltwater is competitive, your career growth is completely determined by your performance and leadership qualities.
You will be assigned to Client Acquisition or Client Success team based on your strengths and interest.
Client Acquisition team
Sales Consultant (12 months): Learn business value of online media & Meltwater sales methodology. Well train to handle full software sales cycle from generating leads, prospecting, engaging and demonstrating our business values to senior business leaders/ C-level executives, subscribing new customers to the solution.
Sales Manager (12-24 months): Lead a team of sales consultants to bring the best business values to the new clients, focus on people development and inspire the next generation of manager-to-be.
Managing Director: Take ownership of the vision for your team growth, make it a place where everyone is challenged, learn, excel and can do their best work. Manage multi-million USD portfolio of clients with full P&L responsibility.
Client Success team
Client Success Representative (12 months): Learn business value of online media & Meltwater sales methodology. Well train to deliver world class service throughout the entire customer journey from onboarding training to day-to-day solution, and maintain and expand client connection that results in long term partnership and portfolio growths.
Account Manager (12-24 months): Manage the highest value client portfolio, lead a team of client success representative to deliver Meltwater world class service, focus on people development and inspire the next generation of manager-to-be.
Managing Director: Take ownership of the vision for your team growth, make it a place where everyone is challenged, learn, excel and can do their best work. Manage multi-million USD portfolio of clients with full P&L responsibility.

All Meltwater managers and senior executives have been developed through this management program. The program is intense, challenging deep dive into our most important function but it's highly rewarding. It is designed to prepare each candidate for a career where they can contribute to our international organisation’s expansion across Asia Pacific.
We would love to see…
University degree of any disciplines with strong academic results
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (mandatory)
With international exposure for internship/ full time work, volunteer projects or study
With ambitious work experience or relevant training in startup, digital, PR/ marketing agency would be highly preferred
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with superior customer-service oriented skills is a big plus
A passion for consultative selling, business development and entrepreneurship
Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
A positive, goal oriented, self-motivated, independent thinker who can deal with ambiguity, with natural leadership qualities is desired
A proven ability to exceed expectations or targets in extra-curricular activities/at workplace
Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement
