What are my responsibilities ?

- Quality Management System: Implement a QMS where appropriate based on Siemens QM policy, MO QM policy and MO certification strategy, drive the further development towards an Integrate Management System and advise BU regarding external certification.
- Quality Reporting: Implement quality reporting system for MO Co. CEO. Regular reporting to Division Management Team and to MO QM to use the results for improvement actions.
- Audits and Assessments: Perform audits, assessments and management reviews within the Division. Evaluate the maturity of the implementation of the the mandatory elements of Siemens Quality Management.
- Qualification for Quality: Implement a compentecy management and training system to ensure employee role-based required training. Design, develop and deliver MO quality, process and regulatory topics, including related tool training.
- Quality Planning: Identify MO quality factors, define and implement quality KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement: Plan, initiate and control the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities.

How do I need to qualify for this job ?

- More than 10 Years of experience in Quality management, Expertise in audit/assessment skill and CIP.
- Qualified person with college education, with excellent Quality understanding and ability to convince other persons and employees.
- Experience in Quality Management or other managerment level position.
- International experience in projects/processes regarding quality topics of foreign countries and companies and satisfactory interactions with foreign partners.
- IRIS experience is preferred.
