Responsibilities

1. In charge of coordinate with design institute to ensure MEP technical specifications and drawing are complete as scheduled and in compliance with the government and building code requirements, responsible for MEP design review.

2. Liaise with related authorities and parties to carry out project's construction permit and complete certificate

3. Participate tender and quotation exercise, and responsible for MEP document preparation and technical evaluation.

4. Regularly visit construction site to inspect quality, EHS, and progress against planned

5. Responsible for MEP construction filing and progress payment review

6. Coordinate with the contractors in carrying out the correction of MEP defective during defect liability period

7. Responsible for coordinate with related local authorities to assure power, gas, water supply and sewerage connection

8. Provide necessary supports to the business development and marketing team Perform other tasks as assigned by project manager.



Requirments

1. University degree or engineer certification holder in engineering

2. Five years working experiences, at least three years business development experience in engineering.

3. Quantity Surveying and tender exercise

4. Good command of AutoCAD, MS-Project, proficient in English writing & reading.

5. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of M&E Engineer
