质检工程师 QC Engineer

岗位职责：Responsibility:

1, 根据产品加工图纸检验公司设备的机械零部件
Inspect the pieces of machinery depend on the manufacture drawings

2, 公司不合格品的处置和监督跟踪
Deal with the disqualified product

3, 协调处理供应商生产环节的的潜在质量问题.
Coordinate the potential quality problem during the productive process in vendor factory

4, 编制或更新公司产品的检验记录表，并监督执行
Formulate or update the production inspection sheet, and execution supervision

5, 编制和完善公司产品的质量检验流程
Formulate and perfect the quality check procedure for the company product

任职资格： Qualifications:

1, 熟知机械产品材料、加工、焊接缺陷特性
Familiar with the material, manufacture, welding defect feature of the mechanical product.

2, 熟练使用检测器具进行尺寸、形位、平面度等检测
Familiar with inspect dimension,configuration,flatness and etc by inspection tool like caliper

3, 熟练使用office制作检测记录
Familiar with record the inspection record by office software

4, 熟练使用CAD、solidworks等机械绘图软件
Skillful in using AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS and etc mechanical drawing software

5, 大专或以上学历, 从事机械零部件检测相关工作5年以上工作经验
Junior college or above, minimum 5 years mechanical product inspection related working experience

6, 良好的英文听说能力
Well writing and spoken english
