Profile:
- The ability of basic/technical English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- General knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and basic network. The Linux knowledge would be an advantage.
- Ability to learn, open minded.
- Willing to take challenge, around 30 years old.
- At least 3 - 4 years' experience in related field
- Worked for Western company before is an advantage

Job Task:
- Responsibility for all aspects of technical pre-sales and consulting activities, on-going service of existing customers, prospects and enquiries
- Technical development of new accounts by leading the customer and partner through product evaluation and supporting them
- Identification and escalation of technical issues
- Executing technical product training for end customers and sales partners
- Achievement of personal and company targets
- Proactively developing and supporting customer relationships with Sales Managers
- Support of local and International trade shows and other events
- Maintenance of all customer and project related data in our CRM systems Qualifications

Qualifications:
- IT related degree or equivalent experience in Microsoft, Citrix and VMware IT infrastructure based environments
- Advanced experience in presenting to sales partners and end customers
- Self-motivated and self-dependant with a positive work ethic
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Desire to be customer facing

Location: Guangzhou with intensive travel within South China
