Daily Main Functions & Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls & taking messages, obtains caller's name and arranges for appointment with person called upon
Office environment maintain, courier / cleaner arrangement included
Manage fax/copy machine, office stationery and the use of meeting room effectively, data analysis in courier /copy machine, stationery and telephone fee etc.
Update employee contact list
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Perform daily office administrative support.
SRM Period

Arrange task force for SRM participants and provide logistics support during shoes line meeting period.
Invitation letter; Work with local HR agent to apply China Visa for participants, or send out official invitation letter as requested
Update participant information to department concerned


Others

Prepare and update staff attendance clocking record
Assist in organizing staff activity
Perform other task and duties as assigned by superior or GM


Qualification:

Good speaking and writing command of both English and Chinese;
Good PC skills ;Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
Team work spirit , be able o handle a broad scope of responsibilities;
