GENERAL MISSION
The HR Assistant contributes to HR & Administration assistance in Guangzhou office in cooperation with Shanghai Office, including the supporting of recruitment, C&B, training and office administration.
REPORTING TO: Chief Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Supports
-According to the requirement's needs from the department, publish the AD on the website and screen CV regularly
-Interview arrangement, follow-up and timely feedback
-CV and interview materials filing
-Assist to reference checking
-Job offer and enrollment preparing
-Leaving survey supporting with SH office
-Job Fair and other recruitment activities supporting
-Other mission arranged by Manager
C&B Supports
-Administrate employees' daily attendance
-Support compensation and benefits calculation
-Control employees' entry and leaving formalities
-Timely update staff information in HR system
-Assist employees' labor contract renewal and probation review
-Provide assistance to the implementation of global policy, procedure and programs under local guideline
-Maintain employees' profile
-Support HR Manager to implement annual compensation related activities, such as Annual Salary Review, Performance
Incentive Bonus and Performance Appraisal, etc
-Other mission arranged by Manager
Training Supports
-Supporting the definition of annual training priority
-Collect, analyze and feedback training needs from employees, managers and departments
-Provide assistance to training and maintain training materials
-Coordinate closely with other colleagues to ensure the success of every program including phases of preparation, delivery and evaluation
-Collect training evaluation form and do analysis
-Other mission arranged by Manager
Administration Supports
-Provide assistance to Visa, working permit and residential permit for foreign employees
-Administrative supports to Chief Representative
-Office administrative management, such as office facilities management
-Management of annual administrative contracts/agreements (Hotel, airticket, Express company, Cleaning Company...)
-Coordination with property management to settle the problems or better the office condition
-Events supporting, such as Canton Fair, Annual Dinner, Team Building...
-Provide other services with cooperation of Receptionist, such as IT services, air-tickets and hotel reservation
-To the intermediary between Government Officer and Sourcing Asia MD and provide necessary assistance for their communication
-Other mission arranged by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
-College degree or above, at least 1 year related experience in HR field, excellent graduates are also welcomed
-Familiar with State Labor Law and all the other related laws, regulations and policies
-Service-oriented, good command in communication & team-work spirit
-High sense of responsibility, hard -working, positive, flexible & open-minded
-Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties
-Fluent English both in spoken & written, French speaking is a plus
-Familiar with MS office operations, such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, etc
