About Translation Department

The purpose of Translation Department is to provide high quality translation service to fulfill firm business needs and to increase working efficiency/productivity through language solutions in the 13 direct offices in China, Japan and United States and more than 17 alliance offices globally, and keep same high standard language support to our internal client to propel the fast growing business globally

Job Title: Legal Translator

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong partnership/working relationship with local and global senior partners to develop translation process and system, improve overall customer satisfaction.

2. In charge of assigned translation project by high quality.

3. Manage the outsourcing and supplier quality, launch the TRADOS system in multiregional offices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience on translation.

2. Expert skill on multicultural communication ideally has oversea working experience.

3. Familiar with the legal translation practice, legal education/training background is preferred.

4. Ability to add values to the business thorough innovative approaches, formulating translation strategies that match and contribute positively to the business requirements.

5. Ability to comprehend/analyzes the complex business requirements and utilize combined translation resources to provide total solutions, quick response to the urgent/sensitive business request and drive related parallel function team for effective solutions.

6. Proven service-minded and strong customer service focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business.
