1.大学专科以上学历，英语专业毕业尤佳；
2.英语听、说、写流畅； 日语熟练者优先；
3.两年以上客户服务或相关工作经验，具领事馆或外企工作经验者尤佳；
4.沟通交流能力和团队合作精神强；
5.学习接受能力强，具备财务基础知识；

6.能够接受轮班（含周末和节假日）；
7.能熟练运用电脑办公软件（Word, Excel, Access等）。
