1. SAP & Master Data Incident 7x24 support and analysis as 2nd level support on site in CNRX-G1

2. Incident reporting and escalation of issues with relevant IT 3rd level support teams (SAP, PCS)

3. Incident tracking and root cause analysis with relevant 3rd level support teams

4. Local IT solution 7x24 support

5. Processing of all kinds of Master Data as there are Material- and Business Partner Master Data within all SAP Segments

6. Implementation of standardized Material-/Business Partner Master Data according to standards, policies and guidelines

7. Securing the compliance with national tax/law-regulations and other national existing regulations

8. First point of contact in terms of any incidents of logistic/order operations

9. cross-functional way of understanding and working

10. Train key users

Requirements:

  

1. Excellent knowledge of SAP, other IT systems, current OFFICE applications, Web-investigation
2. Studies of Economic / Computer Science Bachelor or Master degree
3. Multiple years of work experience within Logistic, Economical operations, Master Data, IT Solution Management
4. Knowledge of working with database management
5. Knowledge and experience in project management
6. Cross-functional method of thinking and working
7. Strong knowledge and understanding of information and review systems
8. Team-oriented way of working
9. Fluent English
10. ITIL Certificate would be a plus

 11. Willing to travel
