Knowledge of ISO/ASTM standards, be in charge of managing Company Documents, such as different departments for the ISO9001:2015 certification, DCC (Documents Control Center)

Familiar with Quality Management System(QMS) like ISO9001 or TS 16949 or ISO 17025 and Audit management

In this role you will ensure the QMS are established, implemented and maintained Report to management on the performance of the QMS and any needs for improvement. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the Organization

Internal audit & ECR

Maintain the Laboratory Quality System in accordance to ISO 17025

Responsibilities:

• Lead ISO 9001 recertification/surveillance audit process to maintain company certificates
• Ensure internal policy/procedure/work instructions, forms are meet with customer and ISO 9001-2015 requirement
• Plan and realize of annual audits, System and Process Audits
• Plan and train all categories of personnel with regards to quality system and new requirements from standards, customers, modification, Train internal ISO9001 auditor and people on process audit
• Experienced internal auditor, capable of developing, managing and delivering an audit schedule
• Self-starter, with an ability to lead and direct without constant supervision/direction
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently, in a highly diverse cross discipline company, interfacing with operational, technical and Sales functions etc.
• Lead process audits, product audits, and document reviews to identify areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement
• Identify, collect and analyze monthly performance and quality metrics and other QMS performance data
• Maintain Quality metrics and report to the Quality Manager in preparation for Monthly Management Review
• Proven experience utilizing Quality Tools, such as: Control Plan, PPAP, 8D Methodology
• Experience in leading new quality initiatives
• Implement continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system is effectiveness
• Control the external reference documents, i.e., DEXTRA reference manuals, customer requirements etc.
• Follow up on corrective action’s related to internal and external audit
• Verify and implement the defined corrective action
