岗位职责:

Primary Duties-
Establishing and Reviewing medical equipment management plans, policies and procedure. And ensuring they are followed.
Budgeting and controlling the budget of maintenance for all the medical equipment in facility.
Evaluating possible service contracts and maintaining outside vendor relationship.
Evaluating and assisting of acquiring new technology for patient care.
Supervising medical equipment installation, acceptance, maintenance, calibration and repairing etc.
Analyzing the state of all the medical equipment, including risk level, technical level, and give suggestion about replacing and new purchasing.
Managing other projects as assigned.
Managing department productivity and performance improvement initiatives.
Managing the computerized maintenance management system.

任职资格:

Knowledge, skills and abilities-
Good knowledge on medical equipment’s function, specification, price and market.
Knowledge on the medical equipment’s management in the hospital, such as safety use, schedules maintenance, training for user etc.
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.

Minimum Education Requirement -
Bachelor degree, major in Bioengineer or Electronic Engineering, biomedical engineering would be valued

Minimum Experience Requirement -
A minimum of five years of Biomedical Engineering experience including management and leadership experience
