Title/Grade: IT Solution Lead（月薪15-20K）

1. Job Purpose

Work for internal IT service to meet the requirement of our rapid developing business and IT HW/SW support and maintenance.

2. Key Result Areas

Area 1:

? Arrange IT infrastructure and applications to be secure, available and expansible, which could meet the requirement of our rapid developing business. This also helps to get quick response ability to new IT request and IT issue.

Area 2:

? Assist to IT manager in daily working, including IT routine process.

Area 3:

? Working hard in new IT project, finish assigned tasks in time as project planning

Area 4:

? IT Daily supporting regarding SLA.

3. Person Specification:

1) Skills

? IT field Tech skill – focus on IT infrastructure(network, server and security)

? Communication skill (both Chinese and English)

? IT Service

2) Education / Academic Background

? College or above

? Major in IT or related subject.

3) Knowledge

? IT Infrastructure, such as Microsoft, Dell, NetApps, VMWare, SCCM, storage, various business applications, etc

? IT service knowledge, ITIL.

? IT security knowledge and comply with BPO security standard policy

? Cisco VoIP / VC knowledge

? Alcatel PBX knowledge

? CCNA knowledge.

4) Experience

· BPO IT transition/delivery experience

· Network operation experience

· IT support experience

· Cisco VoIP / VC experience

· Alcatel PBX experience

· Deliver a considerable satisfactory service provided by IT

5) Personal Trait

· Active, easy-going, open-minded, honest, working attitude

· Keep in mind the aim to satisfying the need of our clients

· enrich the value of BPO China Center and provide best service to our clients

6) Behaviours Required
