助理业务跟单

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

- Handle all order related issues, from product development to the order payment.

负责产品开发、订单跟踪

- Research for suppliers product (on the internet)

供应商研究 (互联网)

- Be the main contact with suppliers to cover the whole order process and communicate with the French team.

负责与供应商联系，及时跟进订单情况

-Attend new product development and sample requests

根据客户要求开发产品

-Negotiate prices, MOQ, lead time, testing fees

与供应商商讨价格、最低采购量、发货时间、测试费用等

-Keep an up-to-date follow-up

每天及时跟进订单的进度情况并及时汇报

-Provide all packaging and process information to the supplier

提供包装及相关信息给供应商

-Push ETD

督促供应商及时发货

-Check labels and shipping marks

检查标签及装运标示

-Provide solutions to solve inspection quality problems

如产品质量有问题，赢及时提供解决方案，

-Remind suppliers to book their shipments

提醒供应商及时预定船期并按时发货

-Apply for payment

安排付款

Skills能力:

- have knowledge of:

*Trading business and different incoterms FOB, EXW, C&F

贸易和国际贸易术语解释通则 (Incoterms: FOB, EXW, C&F

*Documentation like BL / PI / CI/ PL.

文件(资料)如 BL/PI/CI/PL。

*Market analysis and trend

Job Requirement 岗位要求

- Bachelor’s degree or above (大专以上学历，英语或国际贸易专业优先考虑)

本科或以上学历

- Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience

优秀应届毕业生或一年工作经验

-Fluent written and oral English, French (preferred but not a must)

精通英语听、读、写, 法语 (首选但非必需)

- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Photoshop / IFMS (is preferred but not a must)

计算机技能: Excel、Outlook, Photoshop/IFMS (是首选, 但不是必须)
