要求：

1、高中以上学历，从事相关工作3年以上，年龄25岁至45岁；

2、具有一定的管理能力，有良好的沟通能力，有较强责任心，良好的团队协作能力，工作踏实；

3、服从工作安排、动手能力强、吃苦耐劳、做事严谨、积极主动；

4、熟悉现场管理、设备维护、人员安排、安全生产；

5、熟悉吹塑工衣优先。

岗位职责：

1、对日常当班生产运行负责，维护当班生产纪律；

2、负责调试机器参数，优化生产工艺，生产合格产品；

3、日常机器设备模具保养负责；

4、发现生产时出现产品不良，机器异常要及时处理或汇报反映；

5、负责当班生产计划，原材料使用生产安全，人员合理安排、安全顺利完成当班生产指标汇报当班良品。
