急招采购员/采购助理/业务跟单

任职要求

1）外贸行业一年以上工作经验， 跟单背景， 细心耐心，逻辑性好能处理多项目， 合理高效工作

2）按照上级指示下单跟单， 议价 / 付款条件 / 交期， 制作合同/财务请款/制作大箱单等

3）安排质检， 协助QC把关产品质检

4）协助仓库/船务的同事， 出货/入库

5）英文办公环境， 读写优秀， 听说良好

6）熟练使用办公软件

1.Follow up the order progress in house from order placing to inspection complete and delivered

2.Follow up the order with suppliers to make sure that they are following the procedures & meeting the capacity requirements

3.Ensure on-time delivery for all responsible orders

4.Initiating and keeping track of orders;

5.filling and keeping daily records;

6.Soliciting written and telephone quotations.

7.Assisting the Buyer in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and traceable manner;

8.Handling supporting tasks such as labeling and processing product pictures etc.;
