Requirements:


1.College degree or above

大专以上学历


2.Good command of English; written and oral

优秀的中英文书写和口头表达能力


3. Good communication skills , professional and pleasant phone manner, proactive, and ability to work as a team member.

备良好的沟通协调能力,团队合作能力强、工作积极主动、能够主动解决问题

Education

Chinese university degree in English or abroad university degree

Experience and Other Requirements

1 year of working experience as secretary or assistant at the least.

Organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure; in addition, good behaviour, problem solving skills and professional personal appearance are requested.

Working experience in a foreign company as manager assistant and the knowledge of another foreign language are a plus.

Languages

Oral and Written English (Fluent)

Oral and Written Mandarin Chinese (Fluent)

Responsibilities

The secretary provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. In particular, common tasks include (i) word processing, (ii) copy typing, (iii) letter writing, (iv) dealing with telephone and email enquiries, (v) creating and maintaining filing systems, (vi) arranging appointments and scheduling meetings, (vii) devising and maintaining office systems, (viii) liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts, (ix) ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment, (xi) sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, (xii) arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts, (xiii) organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, and (xvi) other addition tasks in line with such job position.

Computer Knowledge:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The salary shall be commensurate with the candidate’s previous works experience and skills.
